Police have arrested the driver and co-driver of the van with drugs. The police arrested both of them from Bansgadhi municipality-1 Chepang Ratnarajmarg. Those arrested are 28-year-old Lokendra Khatri of Jumla Tatopani Rural Municipality-2 Dangibada and 24-year-old Naresh BC of Kanka Sundari Rural Municipality-4 Dhobighat.
The police have confirmed that Khatri is the driver and BC is the co-driver of Eco Van number B1 J 898. When the two suspects were detained and checked, they found two puriyas, 3 grams, 260 mg of brown powder drug brown sugar hidden in plastic.
DSP Chakra Bahadur Damarpal of District Police Office Gularia informed that the two people were taken into custody and the investigation was proceeded with a 5-day deadline from the court.
