A bus carrying Nepal Army personnel has met with an accident on the border of Bhojpur Municipality and Temkemaiyung Rural Municipality in Bhojpur. 23 army personnel have been injured in the accident.
Of the injured, 8 people have been sent to Kathmandu by helicopter, said Bhojpur Chief District Officer Rajan Poudel.
Poudel said the rest are being treated in Bhojpur. There were 26 people on the bus, including staff. Bhojpur Chief District Officer Rajan Poudel said the accident may have occurred due to a failure of the bus brakes.
