The Delegation of the European Union to Nepal is looking for a creative and innovative service provider to perform a range of activities supporting our communication and visibility.
This expression of interest will allow firms to declare their interest and demonstrate their eligibility to be invited to different tender procedures, starting with a tender for Communication and Visibility Service contract for an amount of maximum EUR 299,999 and a duration of 3 years that will be launched around the end of 2024.
The expression of interest should be maximum five pages, and contain the following information:
1. Contact information (full name and address, country, telephone and fax numbers, email address, website and contact person)
2. Average annual turnover (at least EUR 25,000 each year in the past 4 years; higher turnover will be an asset for contracts above EUR 100,000).
3. A brief presentation of your company and team profile (max. 1 page)
4. Motivation for applying (max. 1 page)
5. Technical experience (max 3 pages):
a. Five most relevant references in the past 4 years (client, amount, services provided). Work with international organisations or companies will be considered an asset.
b. Innovative and appealing design abilities: images of your three best communication products of the past 4 years (printed material, visibility items, videos, social media campaigns, brochures, banners…).
Firms shortlisted for specific tenders will be asked during the tender procedure to provide supporting documents proving the accurateness of the data submitted.

The Delegation of the European Union to Nepal will screen the expressions of interest and prepare a roster of companies. This roster will be used in the future to shortlist companies for different communication tenders, ranging from EUR 5,000 to EUR 299,999. The shortlisted companies will then be invited to submit an offer for the relevant tender(s).
