Citizens Liberation Party MP Laxman Kishore Chaudhary has reached the office of the provincial head to submit a claim to the Chief Minister. Chaudhary reached the office of provincial chief Nazir Mian when the deadline for submitting the claim to the chief minister was approaching.

Chaudhary's claim of Civil Immunity as the Chief Minister of Far West

With the support of Congress, United Samajwadi and RPP, Chaudhary reached the provincial head office at 2 pm to submit the claim. Provincial Chief Mian has not given a decision till the time of preparing this news (till three o'clock) .

MP Chaudhary along with MPs from civil emancipation, Congress and RPP have reached the office of the provincial head, but the MPs from the United Socialist Party are not present . According to the sources, the leader of the United Socialist Parliamentary Party, Dilig Sodari, has been instructed by the party's center to withdraw support. Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal and UML President KP Sharma Oli have discussed after the Unified Socialists in the Far West, in opposition to the newly formed power equation, started the government formation process together with the Congress.

According to a leader of the United Socialist Party, Madhav Kumar Nepal, the president of the United Socialist Party, left the meeting after the decision was announced to give the leadership of the Far West government to civil emancipation in a meeting held in Baluwatar among the top leaders on Sunday morning. President Nepal claimed that his party should get a Chief Minister. In this background, doubts are being raised after the absence of MPs of the Integrated Socialists in the office of the provincial head.

On the other hand, Lakshman Kishore Choudhary, who is going to submit a claim to the Chief Minister, is a Resham-partisan MP who protects civil liberties. Party President Ranjita Shrestha is on the stand of not allowing Laxman Kishore Chaudhary to become the Chief Minister under any circumstances and to make Kailash Chaudhary the Chief Minister . Citizens are divided into two groups with different stances. There are two MPs in favor of Chairman Shrestha and four MPs in favor of Patron Chaudhary.

There are now 51 members in the 53-member Sudurpaschim Provincial Assembly. Congress MP Prithvi Bahadur Singh died in an accident and civil liberties MP Indira Giri was dismissed by her own party a few days ago. The support of 27 MPs is required to form the government.

Currently, there are 10 MPs from CPN-UML, 10 MPs from the Maoist Center, 6 MPs from Civil Liberties and 4 MPs from the Integrated Socialists. 18 of Congress and RPP has 1 MP. Similarly, Tara Joshi is an independent MP.
