Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has invited Chinese investors to participate in Nepal's investment conference to invest appropriately. meeting, various issues of bilateral cooperation and mutual concern were discussed, including high-level exchange, economic cooperation, connectivity, people-to-people contact. According to the Chinese media, Wang Hu Ning recalled the content of the previous meeting between Chinese President Xi Jinping and Prime Minister Dahal. He said, "Both sides should strengthen political support." He also said that the high-quality joint construction of BRI should be promoted and people-to-people relations should be deepened.

China is willing to implement the important agreement reached with the leaders of Nepal, and strengthen the strategic partnership of China-Nepal friendship for development and prosperity. In response, Shrestha praised China's great achievements under the leadership of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the Communist Party of China and said that Nepal is firmly committed to the One China principle and is ready to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation in various fields with China.

On the same day, he met Sun Haiyan, Deputy Minister of the International Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee (IDCPC), and discussed matters of mutual concern, and attended a dinner organized by Sun. Deputy Prime Minister Shrestha is scheduled to visit Chongqing, Lhasa and Sichuan province after meeting with his counterpart Wang Yi on Tuesday evening. But he did not participate in the annual conference of the Poau Asia Forum-2024, which started in Hainan province from Tuesday. The theme of the 4-day forum is Asia and the World: Common Challenges and Shared Duties.
