Ex-king shortens Tarai visit, returns Capital
BARA, FEB 24 -
Former King Gyanandra Shah has returned to the Capital on Sunday shortening his month-long visit to Simara.
Shah, who had reached Simara to celebrate former queen Komal's birthday, boarded a 12 pm Buddha Air flight and returned to the Capital. The return of the deposed king follows the deteriorating health condition of former crown prince Paras Shah .
Shah, who has been living at Bangkok in Thailand, was admitted to Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital in Bangkok after suffering a major heart attack last Tuesday. Doctors attending the former crown prince have said that the Shah's health condition has deteriorated further and remains critical .
